Hi Guys! I am so excited! I went to my Dr.s appt today and the Doctor was so nice and gave me a script! But only for 30 days and told me I had to come back next month for a refill! I drove straight to the Walgreen's , filled my script, then went home to put my gym clothes on and worked out at the gym for an hour! Then I had to go get my daughter from camp but had a little extra time. I go into Dillard's to buy makeup and come out with 3 pair of shoes and wouldn't you know by the time I was half way home I realized I forgot the damn makeup! But heyyyy I made friends in Dillard's! I had the chatty Cathy's Passing out my business cards and befriending EVERYONE in the shoe department ! I must of talked 3 people into buying the shoes they JUST HAD to HAVE!! The shoe guy loves me now and wants to marry me! Tehehehehe!
Well I was just checking in and now I need to go night night and will check in tomorrow!

:) yay - and good work with the exercise - def keep it up - lol everytime i get a new script i promise myself i will ex...erm but i ususally dont cos the weight just falls off...(which is bad cos then when you stop taking them - it comes back quicker!)

Last time I had alot of them and aot of sources so I just took them for granted! Now I am trying to do it the right way! I did not even want the Rice Krispie  treat that was given to me today(I gave it to my daughter) and they are my FAVORITE! ....I ate some really cold fresh cherries! I also have been cutting back on the Pop! I heard Pop in itself can add the lbs! So I figured if I exercised and layed off the treats and Pops maybe I could be skinny by my cruise time!  God help me! My menstrual cycle has started in the middle of all this so I don't even know my true weight!

I have been on a pretty decent regimen of going to the gym.  I like classes so I try to mix it up to not get bored.  Plus I have to go back to the doctor to get weighed in every 2 weeks so that is also motivation.

I just ate a big bowl of cherries too. So good - especially the Ranier (sp?) cherries that are kind of yellow and red. I love the fruit this time of year.
