Lipovarin - Day#3 |
|
|
I worked 12 hours today, and went with 3 pills today.....still felt like my appetite was suppressed and energy was nice to have for a busy day at work! It's hard to tell if I have energy because of the pills or because I am eating healtheir? Probably both! Felt a tad queasy this morning but it passed. I had moments of "giddiness" my first 2 days of the pills, but none of that today....which is fine, because one should feel giddy from life, not pills.....
Now, at times, I do worry that after some time on these pills, will we discover like so many other aids, that our fingernails fall off or the like?
I tried ephedra...just once...HATED the jittery feeling! Not happening with these pills.....
Still On PLan.....no exercise, but I usually don't on days I work since I am on my feet 12 hours and I move continuously at work!
On to Day 4!!
Peace,
Starr |

Lipovarin Day#4 |
|
|
Awoke this morning, had oatmeal, raisins, banana, tea....
Took 2 caps of LP mid-morning. Will stay On Plan as well as getting in some exercise on the cross-trainer.
Slept fairlly well last night, not up as much the night before so perhaps my body is adjusting to the LP.
Everyone have a great day!
Peace,
Starr |

Day #5 |
|
|
Slept very well last night! Must be adjusting better to the LP.
Felt rested this morn'. I don't feel all draggy, and I do believe that is more from the way I am eating, i.e. more fruits and veggies. Yes, I started before the NEW guidelines came out yesterday. DUH...like we all are not FULLY AWARE we MUST eat more fruits and veggies!
16 Oz. water
1/2 grapefruit
Flax cereal with soy and raisins and tsp of maple syrup.
Tea
2 caps of LP.
On to the day!!
Peace,
Starr |

Hey Smilee!
Oh, no....well, I am not sure why you still feel hungry. Were you taking anything else before the Lipovarin? No, I don't think eating MORE is typical. Are you taking 3 capsules in the morning and 3 in the evening?
I take mine with plenty of water, exercise and lots of fruits and veggies. But the pills alone do suppress my appetite. But, as a nurse, I know that certain products work differently for different bodies so perhaps it just isn't working for you? Sorry! There are other products I cannot take....
Good luck!
Peace,
Starr |

Hi Starr,
After reading your post I am thinking in starting a Lipovarin diet myself. One thing I want to ask you:
Taking 3 pills by night doesn't gives you insomnia?
Thank you. |

I have not been taking the Lipovarin in the evening, no. I started off taking it just in the mornings and I did have insomnia at night! Today is the first time I have taken it (and only 2 capsules for me, not 3) in the afternoon around 3 pm. I was just suggesting 3 capsules to the other post because they said it wasn't suppressing their appetite. It is what Lipovarin recommends, but I have to EASE into it. As expensive as it is, if I don't need the full dose, I am not taking it! For now, 2 caps in the morning and 2 in the afternoon seems to suppress my appetite pretty well. Good luck! I have to say, so far, I would recommend the Lipovarin to people but to introduce it to your body SLOWLY.
Peace,
Starr |

Lipovarin Day #5 |
|
|
So for lunch, I had beans and a veggie roll...some baked corn chips..
3 malt balls...very light lunch. I do feel full faster. No cravings to SNACK and don't feel hungry for dinner but that is because I took 2 caps of LP at 3 pm which is my first time doing that. Will have a bit of salad for dinner, though to get in more veggies.
I feel VERY energized so will get in a workout before dinner!
Peace,
Starr.. |

Where?! |
|
|
| Just wondering where did you guyz buy your lipovarin? I want to start using it...but I'm quite not excited about the price. Is the one's on e-bay different from those other ones you see from the online stores? Which store do you recommend the most? Thanks soo much!! |

Hey there! Okay, I SO DO NOT recommend buying this on eBay. I don't believe that is SAFE at all. I bought mine from lipovarin.com...right from the source. Yes, it is expensive! I chose not to buy the "buy 3 bottles get the 4th for free" because I was not sure how this stuff would affect me. I just bought one. Do I think the price is worth it? Not sure, yet. So far, I do think it is a fairly good product. I tried buying it in stores in the area, but no one carries it! Good luck!
Peace,
Starr |

Day #6 |
|
|
I slept so well last night! I was worried since I took LP for the first time in the afternnoon! Dinner was a salad, beans, tofu, pita bread. Worked out on the crosstrainer.
Rain, and then, more rain washed away all the snow. Such winds through the night!! Everytime the snow slid off the roof last night, I jumped a mile! Yet, I still slept well. Need not fear, it is supposed to snow again this afternoon... I'm listening to a perfect song...called "January Rain".....
I had to peek....I am down 4 pounds in 6 days, but I do believe it is mostly water, I ain't no fool... LP can make the bathroom your constant companion at times.. And I am making sure I drink lots of water....approx. 64+ oz. daily.
Breakfast: Flax cereal, soy, raisins, banana, 16 oz, water and tea.
Snack: 2 capsules of Lipovarin..just kidding. It's not really my snack
Every now and then, I feel a slight headache...not sure if it is the LP or coffee and sugar withdrawal? But it's not like I have NO caffiene (see LP and tea) or sugar (see maltballs..
On to the day!
Peace,
Starr |
