called Linda this morning and told her that i've been waiting for my forms since last week, she apologized and sent me the forms while i was on the phone, I filled them out and sent :
patient responsibility statement.
medical history questionnaire.
consent form waiver of malpractice.
consent agreement.
consumer bill of rights.
I forgot to send in My DL, and i'm not sure if i should send it now.(if i do I'll cover my ID #).
I got my MO last week but i don't know what to put under address! I think i'll call linda again and ask her.

My 2nd time to order from YG... I emailed YG on Friday 11/16. Got a call very soon after. Fedex made their first attempt to deliver the following Wed 11/21, I missed them that day and the following Friday. Finally met up with delivery guy this morning, gave him my money order and got my pills. Never got an advanced tracking number or a call from Dr.

I read on another thread that the a159 pills somebody got within the past week from YG were weak. The a159 pills I got today have powdery residue in the bottle. I still have about 7 pills from my first order from YG. They don't seem to be as strong as in the beginning, so maybe I will try taking weekends off.

I have taken phen in the past off, and on a couple times, over the past 10 years, both 30mg and 37.5mg. In the past they did seem to work stronger than to pills I have recently received. I thought it was kind of funny the expiration date is only 6 months out when it should be 1 year.

I will let you all know how the 2nd shipment works out.

I need to combine another aggressive approach with my phen and seriously lower the carbs and increase protein. I lost a lot of weight the first time I took phen (30mg) 10 years ago, carbs vs protein, but got so burned out on chicken.

Angie - being in TX, I'm surprised you don't try that Dr B. Someone wrote that if you are in TX, his own pharmacy can send the phen. I think he works out much cheaper than the YG & you don't have to worry about getting old phen. I'm pretty sure when phen gets old it starts to deteriorate (which can be the cause of that loose powdery substance you found).

angie! I understand that you paid cod and that's what i'm doing, I don't know what to put under address, I made the mo payeble to medical arts, but no address, can you please tell me what to put there?
i also tried the 30mg maybe 3 years ago and then a year after i tried the 37.5 and that didn't work as well, I lost a lot of weight when I was on the 30mg but the 37.5 just kept me from gaining that weight back and I didn't take it daily I used to skip days, the 3 months supply lasted me well over 6 months.

i got my order today was 37.5 -90 days ,but before that in the early morning ,i was on the phone with the YG ,and i told him about the week phentermine that he send to some peaple posting here ,he asked me to do him a fever, to tell anybody hou hade receive week or old phentermine just to contact him back and he will take care of the probleme .
he said this hapend bc it was a week chipment and now they are sending tha good ones. i hope i am clear bc my english not that weel.thanks

I have tried the two websites posted here (topvaluemeds.com & us-meds.com) and both are no longer around. Does anyone else have any more recent sites that actually deliver? I have placed orders in the past from frontier pharmacy & didn't receive anything.
